about

The Bristol Sessions was recorded during the Spring and Summer of 2014 in a rented house on the edge of the Bristol, NY woods. Inspired by new love, the beauty of the Finger Lakes, the call of the road, and personal introspection, the seven songs found on The Bristol Sessions are a snapshot of a state of mind, time, and place. With all tracks recorded solely by myself, and with no MIDI instruments, synths, or samples used throughout, this album became a truly personal and spiritual collection of songs over the course of the recording process. I hope you enjoy these simple songs from the hills of Bristol, NY and perhaps they can come to mean something to you too.
